Kelley O'Neil's

Open since 2001, Kelley O’Neil’s is about the closest you can get to an Irish pub in Waikiki. Its owners, Bill Comerford and Fred Remington, also own the Irish Rose Saloon on Ena Road and O’Toole’s in downtown Honolulu. Kelley’s offers a nice selection of beers on tap to complement its hearty menu of burgers and Irish-style dishes, like corned beef and cabbage, fish and chips and cottage pie, a rich stew with a homemade crust. Expect live music every day of the week, too. “We have authentic Irish music on Sunday afternoons—with whistles, flutes and older customers you wouldn’t usually find in a nightclub,” says general manager Brian Turner. “On the other nights, we have a good mix of classic rock, modern rock and some reggae.”
