When Lord Wedgwood comes to town, he appears at Royal Selection, which has one of the largest selections of Wedgwood in the nation. The English porcelain has been made since 1759; the most famous is Jasperware, which features classical, bas-relief figures against a solid background. “So much of the world is about mass manufacturing,” says Royal Selection’s vice president Yoko Lathrop. “We’re not just here to sell dinnerware. We’re interested in keeping master craftsmanship alive and are proud to contribute to this legacy.”
