Western Classics

You may not think of leather moccasins and dreamcatchers while strolling through Waikiki. But Western Classics in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center gets a lot of attention with its window display of leather boots, cowboy hats and Native American carved wood art. It features hard-to-find Minnetonka Moccasins made from moose hide and deerskin and well-crafted boots by Tony Lama. The boutique also has an entire wall dedicated to silver and turquoise jewelry, racks of cowboy apparel and a selection of belt buckles with lines like “Let’s Rodeo!”

Royal Hawaiian Center, 2201 Kalakaua Ave., Building A, Third Floor, 923-1294.
